Lejonstaden and Alaska’s Flatås Alléer project consists of 330 apartments in four buildings with an underlying garage and basement. The project will be rented out as both condominiums and rental apartments. The project is part of the City of Gothenburg’s jubilee initiative for the city’s 400th anniversary.
It is located in the Högsbo district on the outskirts of Gothenburg city center and is expected to be completed in stages during 2022.
